At Toono AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered image services through a transparent, subscription-based model. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding purchases and billing.

1. All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases made through Toono AI are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU consumer protection laws). We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • User dissatisfaction with generated content
  • Errors in prompts, settings, or uploaded images
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

2. NSFW Policy and Refund Ineligibility

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding NSFW (Not Safe for Work) or otherwise inappropriate content, including but not limited to:

  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery
  • Content involving sexualized minors or simulated exploitation
  • Violent, hateful, or abusive materials

We do not offer refunds to users whose access is revoked due to such violations.

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Ineligibility for any form of refund
  • Potential legal reporting, depending on severity

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Although we do not generally offer refunds, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged but did not access or use the service during the billing period
  • A verified technical failure on our end prevented your ability to use the service
  • You were charged after properly canceling your subscription before renewal

In these cases, you must:

  • Contact support@toono.ai within 7 calendar days of the charge
  • Provide your account email, transaction ID, and a brief explanation
  • Allow us up to 5 business days to review your request

All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of toono.ai.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the current billing cycle ends
  • Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made
  • We do not provide partial refunds for early cancellations

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of your Toono AI account
  • Denial of future service access
  • Legal response depending on the nature of the dispute
